This Week: Top 10 Job-Posting Software Solutions

So, you’ve written the world’s greatest job post. It’s really gonna knock ’em dead. Top talent is going to be knocking down your door after they see this little number.

But not so fast: No matter how good your job post is, it’s pretty much worthless if you don’t advertise it in the right places.

That’s why the right job posting and job distribution software is so critical: It’s the key to getting your jobs in front of the right people.

Today, we’re highlighting 10 job posting software solutions that we love – and we hope you love them, too.

1. Jobcast

Jobcast

Jobcast has long been one of my personal favorite recruiting tech tools. The idea is simple, but brilliant: Turn your social media presence into one giant career site.

In this age of social recruiting, there may be no better way to get your job ads in front of top talent than by sharing them through social media channels. Jobcast lets you do that with the click of a button – and it also helps you determine the best times to post your jobs for maximum impact. As a bonus, Jobcast also allows users to create branded career sites on Facebook, which are far more accessible than traditional career sites.

2. Zoho Recruit

Zoho

Zoho Recruit is a great all-in-one recruiting solution. Not only does it allow you to push job posts out to multiple job boards at once, but it also includes a resume parser, a CRM, an ATS, and a whole lot more.

Aside from Zoho’s stellar job board integrations, the software also lets clients create custom career sites. The best thing about these career sites is that they give job seekers the ability to create accounts – meaning they can apply to multiple jobs at your organization with one application. Not many career site solutions make the application process that easy.

3. RealMatch

RealMatch

Where do you start with RealMatch? The fact that it boasts the largest recruitment ad network in North America? The automated email marketing capabilities? The in-depth reporting functions?

These are all great features of RealMatch, but my favorite is the real-time job matching, which uses self-learning artificial intelligence to match job seekers to the right jobs and recruiters/employers to the right candidates. Sourcing and screening candidates is a lot easier when your software ranks them for you.

4. ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter

Through ZipRecruiter, you can post your jobs to more than 100 job boards at once. Few job posting solutions have that kind of reach. Plus, it also helps you create a widget to share jobs on your company website, no coding skills required.

ZipRecruiter allows users to create custom screening questions for candidates. Every member of the team can log in to see the answers to these questions and collaborate on candidate rankings. So ZipRecruiter isn’t just a great way to share jobs – it’s also a great way to manage the candidates who apply to those jobs.

5. Workable

Workable

Workable is one of the top-rated job board software products on Capterra, and it’s not hard to see why: As many Workable customers will tell you, the software is highly intuitive. There’s no training necessary, no months-long period of getting users up to speed. Streamlining is the name of the game with Workable.

6. Broadbean

Broadbean

Like every other platform on this list, Broadbean is an excellent way to quickly and efficiently share out job posts. What really sets it apart from the competition, though, is its data analytics functions. With Broadbean, it’s easy to figure out which recruiting channels are worth your investment and when the best days and times to post are. This means you can use Broadbean to not only advertise jobs, but also continuously improve your job advertising strategy.

We should also mention that when we asked our readers for nominations, Holly Fenn and Sam Young of Fusion Medical Staffing told us that Broadbean was one of the “most effective and efficient ways to post and share jobs.”

“Broadbean is a one-stop shop for all active search resources, and it enables us to search across multiple databases such as Bullhorn, multiple job boards, Google, and others,” Fenn and Young said.

7. iCIMS Recruit

iCIMS

iCIMS Recruit is a full recruiting suite. You can use it to post and share out jobs across multiple job boards, but you can also use it to manage pretty much every other step of the recruiting process.

While the software itself is great, the real reason iCIMS Recruit is on this list is because of iCIMS’s track record when it comes to customer service and support. You won’t run into very many issues when using iCIMS Recruit, but if you do, you can bet the folks at iCIMS will bend over backwards to help you. Think I’m exaggerating? Go search for user reviews of iCIMS Recruit. You’d be hard-pressed to find a single one that didn’t rave about the company’s customer service.

8. JobBoard.io

JobBoard.io

Want to deck out your job board with blogs and custom content? Want to SEO-optimize everything on your job board, including your job posts? JobBoard.io makes all of that very, very easy.

JobBoard.io is especially great for recruiting agencies that want to not only advertise their jobs, but also build a candidate database while they’re at it. 9. SmashFly

SmashFly

SmashFly is recruitment advertising software built for the consumer-candidate era. It doesn’t stop at getting your ads in front of the right eyes: It takes recruitment marketing a step further by helping you to actively engage job seekers before they even become applicants, thereby boosting your chances of landing the right people for your jobs.

SmashFly does this by allowing users to create customizable “talent network forms,” which let you capture contact information from job seekers who aren’t ready to apply to your job just yet. This gives you a much greater reach and a way to stay in touch with candidates who you may have totally missed out on if you were relying on more traditional job advertising software.

10. Talemetry

Talemetry

Talemetry does a lot when it comes to sharing your job posts, including distributing jobs to hundreds of sites and tracking the effectiveness of each post. What’s really great about Talemetry, though, is its “smart job data feeds.” Talemetry can integrate with your ATS and use data from your system to ensure that your job posts are always completely up to date. No one has to manually correct job posts if anything changes.

Talemetry also has a cool feature that allows you to assign certain types of jobs to certain job boards automatically. So, if you know one job board works best for your clerical positions and another works better for software developers, for example, you can set Talemetry to automatically post clerical jobs and software developer roles to the right places every time.
